Cleaning Your Teeth (Floss)
Everyone knows that brushing your teeth everyday, twice a day, can help you avoid cavities. But that's only half the story.
- Cleaning your teeth is actually a two-step process of 1) brushing and 2)cleaning in between your teeth.
- If you don't floss, you're leaving up to 40% of the surfaces of your teeth untouched and uncleaned, which lead to gum disease.
The above pictured products are those I am using both manually and ergonomically. They do their works efficiently and you will definitely notice the result. In the first few days, it might be bleeding. Don't panic, just carry on and it will get better after a couple of days.
Please visit the links on the right to see the products' details and watch video demonstration to know how to use them efficiently and effectively.

I'm forced-froze. So as my blog.
As a result, I am unable to construct more.
Sorry about that.
I'll be back as soon as I have a chance.

Give a child with a cleft a second chance at life
Today, millions of children in developing countries are suffering with cleft lip and palate. Condemned to a lifetime of malnutrition, shame and isolation. The good news is virtually all of these children can be helped. Life-changing free cleft surgery takes as little as 45 minutes and costs as little as £150. It gives desperate children not just a new smile - but a new life. Donate as much as you like at www.smiletrain.org.uk

TWICE A DAY (Manual or Powered) : As we all know, we must brush our teeth twice a day (once in the morning, and once before bed). It doesn't matter whatever the toothbrush is (i.e. manual/ powered). But in case of powered, just hold it without putting any pressure and so it will do its works. To see how to brush properly, click www.3dmouth.org/1/1_4.cfm.
